Tipping the scale at 230 (5'10) in May, 2007, at 30%+ body fat, I decided to do something about it. This blog, formerly a political blog, is about that continuing journey. Having now racked up nearly 60 pounds of fat loss and almost 20 pounds of muscle gain -- now weighing in at 190 and on the way to 10% BF -- I'm ready to reveal my "secrets." Normally I wouldn't call attention to something like that, but coming from someone like Art De Vany, it means something to me. He's referring to one of my comments on this thread concerning anthropogenic global warming.
