• Tipping the scale at 230 (5'10) in May, 2007, at 30%+ body fat, I decided to do something about it. This blog, formerly a political blog, is about that continuing journey. Having now racked up nearly 60 pounds of fat loss and almost 20 pounds of muscle gain -- now weighing in at 190 and on the way to 10% BF -- I'm ready to reveal my "secrets." This post came at a perfect time. I look like his before pictures (have lost 60 lbs. the last 8 months), and have recently been considering if it is possible to get rippled. Now I have a timeline, thanks to that post.
