• Tipping the scale at 230 (5'10) in May, 2007, at 30%+ body fat, I decided to do something about it. This blog, formerly a political blog, is about that continuing journey. That was a question posed to me about my own essentials-only Earth Day post. I think my answer in comments requires it's own entry.

I encourage you to read and understand both. It's only the tip of the iceberg. In terms of fundamentals, what's wrong with it is: collectivism.
